MindDoom needs access to your screen time data to determine how much time you actually spend on your smartphone and to block selected apps. This permission allows us to show you precise app usage statistics so you can track your digital wellness progress. Without this permission, MindDoom cannot function properly.
You need to enable notification permissions for MindDoom. Go to iOS Settings > MindDoom > Notifications and make sure 'Allow Notifications' is turned on. You can also customize which types of notifications you want to receive there.
You can disable individual rules in the Rules tab by toggling them off, or set up a pause in your blocking schedule. In emergency situations, you can revoke the app's permissions by going to iOS Settings > Screen Time > App & Website Activity > MindDoom and turning off access.
Seeds are automatically distributed as rewards based on your Health score. When you open the app the day after achieving a good Health score, you will receive Seeds as a reward. The better your digital wellness performance, the more Seeds you can earn.
Your Health Score starts at 100 each day and decreases when you add exceptions (pauses). The deductions are: 1 minute = -10 points, 3 minutes = -20 points, 5 minutes = -30 points, 15 minutes = -50 points. Your score cannot go below 0.
First, check if you have granted all necessary permissions in iOS Settings > Screen Time. Also verify that your rules aren't conflicting with each other or overlapping in ways that cancel out the blocking. If everything looks correct, try pressing the 'Fix App Blocking' button in the app to reset the blocking system.
